So far Trimfit and Lands End are coming back around their ankles, Children's Place a little less slouchy but not really staying up and they run smaller in the first place. Next?

So far I've been very happy with the knee socks I got my girls from JRP. They are still fairly new so I don't know how they'll hold up to repeated wear and washing and if they'll maintain their elasticity around the top of the sock. But so far so good.

I bought MeMoi and Zubii for my daughter. She's 5.5 and weighs 35 pounds. They stay up on her.

Check out doubleheaderusa.com. They're getting rid of their stock at $2/pair to make way for the winter line. I'm happy with the Violet, JRP and Trimfit socks. Though I only tried Trimfit ankle socks.

Memoi fashion collection stays up. Sock Exchange has a sale of many prints, 5 for $10.

Thanks for the tip, I hope Double Header and/or Sock Exchange stay in stock through Sunday because I'm due for a Brooklyn run and that's the soonest it'll happen.

Double Header doesn't have the sale items in the store, only online.

[Maybe pick up dairy free soy free protein powder (I bought rice based protein powder) at Landau's Health while you're here, so you can bulk up some of dd's food.]

They run true to size. It usually goes by clothes size/age.
DD is just turned 4, getting new cloths in size 4, and socks in size 4.
Hope that helps.

Oh dear, I ordered size 6 because other brands came with a size chart in which the sock sizes ran differently than age sizes. DD wears shoe size 9/10
