I'm having a baby soon IYH and I'm totally new to the baby carrier scene. I just saw this sale on Gilt.com and I was wondering if these are truly good deals? How would you compare the Stokke to the BabyBjorn? I'm aware that Stokke is more of an expensive company (at least from what I see of their strollers) but has anyone used their carrier?

Or, any other carrier recommendations?

This is cheaper, what's the difference?

Neither

Different carriers work for different body types. I was happy with Ergo (wore my baby 5x/week for 14 months) but I have more petite friends who preferred catbird Pikkolo

I also recommend trying a few on to make sure it feels comfortable, ideally at a store that offers classes (so to ensure you are wearing them properly for maximum safety and comfort)

Ergo, moby wrap, baby k'tan or mei tais would be comfortable and supportive for you and your baby.
Your baby's back needs to be in a "C" shape and the legs and tush in an "M" formation. I know you don't get that from the baby b'jorn.
