The skirts you wear under when things are too short.
How do you prevent them riding up.
Even bigger size still rides up when I walk.

I think it's the silky fabric. Mine is Linda Leal. I have the same problem so I never wear mine. I just wear a regular tube skirt when I need to layer.

what material is it? that would make a difference. Also if you wear tights underneath it is probably more likely to ride up than if you were bare legged unfortunately.
wash the skirt in water containing fabric softener. I have heard that that helps althoguh I have never tried it myself.
btw, where can I buy such skirts and what lengths do they come in?

It's the same material as the heavier shells.
Almost like a scuba skirt
I've had the skirts for quite a while so they've been washed a lot.
I only wear stockings. Knee highs cut the circulation, elastic hurts too much.
I bought mine in Israel, but I think they sell it any where they sell shells.
Don't know the length, but because it's a skirt I adjust to where I need it, as opposed to the ones that are long sleeve she'll dresses.
But the dresses have a sleeker look.

Yes it's the material.
I have a silky knit sweater tube skirt that doesn't ride up but the Linda Leal one definitely rides up, especially when I wear opaque tights and not silkly sheer nude pantyhose.

Don't wear a slip with it, if you are, see if that helps. Or vice versa

take a dryer sheet & rub it onto the inside of the skirt/shell over tights/stockings ... it will help for a while so repeat as necessary
they also sell static spray
