DH and I visited Israel this summer and I saw a lot of DL women wearing these light capri-type pants things under their skirts. They were looser than leggings and made of a lightweight material, I think. I have not seen any available for sale here but I would like to purchase some for wearing under skirts.
Does anyone know what they are called? Where I could buy them online?

That's the right length but the ones I saw in Israel were made of lighter fabric. Here in the US I only seem to find ones made of heavy yoga pant material like the ones you linked to.
