Hi, and I have another job for you.. I'm still looking for a Shobbas outfit for my 8 year old daughter size 10. If you have any suggestions?!

Does it have to cover knee? If yes, I can probably only find in Jewish stores.

New amother here. What about dress size 6, and doesn't have to cover the knees, but can't be real mini-skirt length, so you'd see her tush if she bent over, which is all I've seemed to find. Max. price: $50, but closer to $30 or even $25 is more what I usually like to allocate, maybe that's unrealistic (....no pressure, only if this online searching is fun for you, otherwise just ignore pls!)

Btw, this is probably a stupid question but you mentioned earlier, toddler boys winter shorts. What do they wear on their legs in the winter, if wearing shorts? Or do the leggings go underneath?

And also, your baby is delicious k"h!

I just bought a gorgeous dress in fallons for a little girl, also a size 10. I think you should try them. the dress was only $59 and it was really trendy.

Hilarious, guess I have to get used to that idea!

Btw I should also thank you, you mentioned on some thread last fall that zara's had nice winter coats for boys, and I found some nice things. Funny but I never even looked at zara's before (I think I just assumed it was very pricey) but now it's one of my new favorites! So belated thanks for that Smile

what about this?

http://us.nextdirect.com/en/g532624s2#702505

it looks pretty simple, but with a big burgundy headband with a big bow, that would really dress it up. then you can do a plain black tights and a dainty mary jane or t strap.

somthing like this:

https://jet.com/product/detail.....rc=ds

that could look really classy yet trendy

this is also a really nice option and teal is very in now. I would do a grey head band, grey tights and shoes.

Girandola has nice outfits for girls that age. You can also check Junee Jr or Kiddichic on Coney.

this is nice if you do with a grey cardigan on top. obviously leave the cardigan open. do with grey tights and grey velvet headband/bow.

My boys are 4 and 7. My price range is probably $20-$40 for a complete Shabbos outfit (socks/shoes not included)?

no problem! Zara, NExt direct, and H and M, are all european companies so their stuff is very trendy, even though not expensive.

Thanks so much!

I see what you're doing. You're asking, what different color can look nice with the color of the dress, and then use that color for the cardigan, tights and bow, and that's what gives the polished look.

I think I was having trouble because I was trying too hard. Thinking that everything needs to be the same. Scared to introduce a new color. But you're right, burgundy goes beautifully with navy or charcoal grey, and if the headband and tights are both the same color that's perfect.

Thanks again for these suggestions
