I would like to prepare some chicken to offer as an alternative to meat. What nice ways are there to prepare chicken that can be made beforehand, and then frozen?

The best way to freeze chicken is raw. You can fully prep it and then freeze and cook it from the freezer. Much better than freezing it after cooking.
