Never. And I buy it often. But I've gotten other spoiled food. You can just return it to the store. Spoiled food is not necessarily the company's fault. It could've for example happened from sitting on the shelf for too long.

All the time I only buy mehadrin. I once bought a case of chocolate lebens and it was spoiled. Then I bought by two other stores and it was also spoiled so I didn't buy for another two months. I'm guessing that the truck they used to transport either left them outside or it was a spoiled batch.
But no I never even thought to call the company.

Sometimes it can be the store's handling. I imagine if there were a significant batch of product that had spoiled they would hear about it from more people.
But I personally have never had spoiled Mehadrin yogurt. I figure it must take a lot to spoil yogurt since it's basically spoiled milk in the first place...

I bought Mehadrin 32 oz containers of Greek Cappuccino yogurt from two different stores and they were all spoiled. Seeker you are right that yogurt does not spoil as quickly as other products and I have bought this many times before from the same store before.
