Hi please help me prepare club steak for. Second morning seuda. I want it softest possible and how do I store it once baked-cooked???

I like it fresh, seared for a few minutes.
But you can technically make it like minute steak if you'd like it the way you state.
Just make sure you rewarm properly, as club steak has a lot of marbling which can get fatty and gross if you don't heat through fully. Also suggest to remove some of the fat and cartilage before you rewarm.
