Can anyone care to share some yummy side dishes ideas for sukkos? Specifically foods that can be frozen. I'm having lots of guests and with a full time job, I'm overwhelmed just thinking about YT!
Thanks!

I especially like:
pastrami shells
broccoli kugel muffins (I make as one big kugel)
...but everything I've made from her website has been a hit!

Wish I can post pics here. I made a delicious sweet potato pie. Recipe was from one of the magazine supplements. Either ami or mishpacha. Was called sweet and salty sweet potato pie.

rdmom, thanks so much for posting. It looks delish! I like the idea of a salty top since I don't like overly sweet food.

Concentrate on chicken and vegetable dishes.
For variety you can do a dark meat pickled chicken roast, vegetable stuffed capons, sticky rotisserie style chicken, grilled chicken salad, baby chicken kebabs... Cauliflower "rice", zucchini "spaghetti" salad, faux potato salad with butternut squash, fat free broccoli kugel, tri color vegetable fries...
