Is it in good working condition? One option is to trade in at a dealer. Or you could post an ad on Craigslist but that might be a little more risky.

It depends on the vehicle. Are you the original owner? Do you have all of the service records? Has it ever been in an accident? Honda vans have good resale values if, the service was current and can be documented and if its never been in an accident.

You can either try to sell it yourself - put ads in the classifieds, hang up signs in your neighborhood etc.
If you want less of a hassle (but will probably get less money), try calling anyone who advertises used cars and see if you can sell it to them.
You should expect to either make the repairs or discount the price enough to cover them.
