Anyone have a good recipe for a pickled chuck eye roast? I'll probably cook it plain in water with onion and garlic but need a sauce to rewarm and serve. Thanks.

Gourmet Glatt gave me this recipe and it delicious & so easy. Put 1 cup water into a 9x13 and put in meat. Sprinkle on top 1 cup brown sugar and 3 tbs. balsamic vinager. Cover & bake for 3 hours on 400.

I have warmed it with the sauce and without and served it also with and without and both ways are great.
