NCSY benchers have English and transliteration. They have them in Judaica stores and sell them online.

These are the BEST! They also come in large print, which I find extremely helpful. The great thing about transliteration is that if you have guests who are feeling shaky about bentching, they can participate without feeling embarrassed.
