I'm planning a four day vacation in Miami, Sunday through Thursday.
We will not have a car so we would like a hotel near 41 st, with really nice rooms, preferably with terrace.
Fountainbleu and Eden Roc are out of our price range.
Any suggestions?

I don't know any info on hotels...
but if you find something further out - uber (and you also have uberpool) is really cheap in miami.

Westover arms hotel.
If you get a terrace, it won't be overlooking any grand ocean views- but it is right by 41st st and is a Great location. The rooms are nice, they have a studio apartment feel.

If you haven't gone yet, you can get fountainbleu or the Alexander oveanview suites at great deals through VRBO.com.
