Need help purchasing an insurance plan in NJ for a single person who is not earning money.
Called up one of the insurance hotline that I found while googling OBAMACARE. They said I have to buy it over the phone with out looking at any paperwork and they don't cover mental health benefits ( which is needed for this person )
Does anyone know anyone that I can call to get a quote about insurance

You can get njfamilycare (medicaid type plan in nj) for free if you have no income - check out - http://www.njfamilycare.org/income.aspx You can call 1-800-701-0710 to speak with someone to apply for it.
