Those of you who do not tip drivers - where do you live?
I know in Israel it is not expected, but I thought it was universally done in the US. Not sure about other countries/cultures.

I tip $1 for deliveries since I live in a walk in and they come often. I tip more if I know they're coming from further etc.... I would tip Fedex, UPS... But they always have different drivers. I tip nicely for service like plumbers and applicance repairs.

It is expected in New York. Those not tipping the driver are not doing something that is the norm. I tip based on the price of the drive- $10 I tip $2, a $35 drive to the airport I do $5-$7
Also, uber drivers don't get tips, it's only car service drivers or taxi cabs.
