Lets say I have empire blue cross blue shield ppo, what does that mean?
Right now I have Empire bcbs under medicaid. I need a GOOD dr. I prepared to change insurance if deductible/plan is decently price. Somebody out there, plz help me! I can only ask here not friends/family cuz we dont say till 3 mnths are over

PPO means you can choose any provider that accepts that insurance.

Dr. John migotsky accepts that insurance under medicaid. ( Thats what I remember from some time back, but you might wanna double chwck.) His office is in Manhattan, he's affiliated with the Dr. Roshans office.
I was extremely happy with him.

He does I verified. But there are 2 female drs that I did not here good regards on. One of them I already delivered with and it was a NIGHTMARE!
