for sushi I mix mayo and red schug. For chicken fingers, I mix mayo and franks red hot sauce but I see you don't want that..

Do you want a mock spicy mayo that is not spicy or do you want it spiced with something other than sriracha or hot sauce?

With whatever you like. You can add a drop of garlic powder or onion powder. A drop of toasted sesame oil. A splash of rice vinegar or lemon.

I blend it with a hot pepper like a jalapeno and a little bit of lemon juice. I don't think I use a garlic, but I guess you can use that also.
