My 18mth old had fever from Tuesday - shabbos & on and off since. No other issues (eating fine, playing ok, no ear infection no strep) saw a few speckled dots on tummy/back. .... What really got me up at night is I saw him walk funny at the end of the day for 2 days in a row (without shoes) I went to the doc and they said most like a virus & 2 wait 48 hours but I would love to know if any of u had somethings like this before.

Yes, I had this a few times with my babies. Fever for a day or two and then a slight rash all over stomach and back. First I ran straight to the doctor in a panic. Turns out its very normal. Probably teething- watch him the next few days for a new tooth!

The rash is not concerning at all. Thats probably roseolla. The walking is concerning. Listen to your dr.
