What are the necessary arrangements to be made prior to a move?
I'm taking over an apartment that was previously occupied by a family with young children.
1. telephone service
2. electricity service
3. gas service
4. ?
5. ?
Can someone help me please?

Apply to have the post office forward your mail to your new address. Then, over time you can switch everything over to your new address.

Thanks for these responses so far.
How about a cleaning lady/man to clean the dirt from the kitchen cabinets, fridge, closets? For sure. I never have cleaning help so wouldn't know where to look for one. Any suggestions?
