How do you get your own hair to stay full and beautiful under your sheitel so it won't thin or fall out?

I keep my hair uncovered whenever I am at home. Since I work from home, there are actually not all that many hours of the day that my hair is covered.
I condition several time a week.
You can also deep condition once a week or every other week.

Use a wig grip instead of combs. That alone will save your hair from having bald spots. It will also help keep you from getting headaches!
I wear a tichel at home, and on days when I'm just running to the store. I wash and condition my hair the exact same way I did before I started covering, and I let it dry in a soft old bandanna, not blow drying it.
If you uncover your hair at night, use a satin or silk pillowcase. Cotton pillowcases are rough on your hair if you toss and turn a lot.

You condition your hair every time you wear the sheitel?
