Try quick and easy brownie bars. Prepare a box of brownie mix according to the package directions. Roll out two sheets of puff pastry dough. Cut each sheet into three strips the long way. Put a line of brownie mix down the middle of each strip. Fold the ends over to cover the brownie batter and put on a cookie sheet seam side down. Bake at 350 till lightly golden. When mostly cool cover with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate. Slice on a slight diagonal. This looks impressive but is easy.

any biscotti - drizzed with chocolate, layed out on a rectangle plate wrapped nicely. (I like they Bais Yaakov cookbook recipe)

this recipe is super easy. I bake in a log and slice like biscotti, but don't double bake, it makes really yummy cookies sticks. Drizzle with melted chocolate or dip, lay on rectangle plate and wrape.

Kosher By Design (don't remember which one) cookie brittle. It's like a chocolate chip cookie recipe made on a jelly roll sheet. You don't want it to get too hard. While still warm, cut in triangles. You can put in bowls, or make lines (you don't have to make it perfect, just take handfuls) as borders between other cookies on a cookie tray.
