We are looking into buying an apartment to live in. We need 4 rooms (3 bedrooms + living room) and are interested in these areas: Neve Yaakov, Ramat Shlomo, Ramat Bet Shemesh (Charedi areas).
Can anyone tell me about ho much we can expect to pay? We prefer a lower floor and a nice view is a real plus.
Any estimations?
Thanks

If you have somewhat decent Hebrew, you can look at yad2.co.il. I know Ramat Shlomo is all Chareidi, but there are bigger buildings and smaller homes, so there is probably a range. I think it's something like 4 million shekels, but that's really a guess. Neve Yaakov has Chareidi areas and areas becoming more chareidi, which are cheaper. For Ramat Beit Shemesh, I think I've seen listings on English real estate websites (look up "apartments for sale Israel" or something), but I think those tend to be more expensive than the Hebrew listings.

I don't think 4 million...Romema is like 2.8 mill shekel for 4 rooms and Ramat Shlomo should be in lower two's

Givat Ze'ev is 1.5-2 for the most part. There are bigger and smaller.

Rbs will be around 1.4-1.6 million shekel for a four room. The lower the floor, the higher the price. The newer, the more you'll pay unless not built yet.

Sorry, you're right. My husband (who pays way more attention to this) says Ramat Shlomo is more like 1.6-2.8 million for 4 rooms. He thinks Neve Yaakov is 1.2-2.4 million and RBS is 1.5-2.2 million.
