I'm wondering if its okay to send a 3 year old boy to cheder wearing leggings? chasidish cheder but no rules. I find it neater, cuter and easier for kid to go to bathroom.
what do you think?

Did he just turn three or he's been three for a while?
I think it depends where you live, but a brand new three year old I think its ok

Time for slim fit sweatpants. Check H&M, gap etc.

Can you compromise with skinny sweatpants? Joggers are in now. A bit more masculine but still fits the neat and bathroom criteria. Cute is subjective but I think they could be that as well.

They make leggings for boys?
To wear to school?
Not ok past the infant stage.
Disclaimer: I live far from the NY area and have never seen boys in leggings. Sounds bizarre to me. I have not seen it sold in any stores outside the girls sections

I can't answer about whether it's OK in a chassidism cheder but I want to say that I see absolutely nothing wrong with it-- a 3 year old does not have to dress in a "masculine" way.

I don't think its masculine- I just think the kid looks overgrown in it.
OP- I would not send my three year old to school like that and I'm not "that chassidish".

I know there are leggings and there are leggings. some are super thin and others have more a texture but are still leggings. would that make a difference in your decision?

Once they turn three I would stop the leggings for sure.

I live in Lakewood and my 4 year old wears leggings. Pretty much all the kids in his class do.

I can't even imagine what you're describing. I don't live OOT (at all) but don't live in a community where people dress their sons this way.
Does anyone have a picture of these leggings and how they're worn?

I personally hate it. Looks very outgrown and babyish. This morning I saw an ad that is horrible in my opinion, With bump showing in the front. Our cheder doesn't allow it
