Hi,

I would like to get my 5yo son evaluated for ADHD and other such neurological disorders.

Does anyone have recommendations in Chicago? Especially for a Dr that would take medicaid? But even if not.

I don't want to involve his school at this point. (They haven't asked for him to be evaluated but its only a matter of time im sure.)

We are seeing a Developmental Pediatrician named Dr Fielkow in February. She takes meridian. I have heard excellent things about her.

If you contact R' Sruly Matzliach at the Chicago Center he should be able to recommend someone who takes Medicaid.
