Looking for recommendations for a yiddish speaking Neuropsychologists, preferably in Brooklyn, but I'm willing to travel a little. This is for a thorough evaluation for a 7 year old boy. I understand a lot of these specialists don't take insurance but of course if you know one who does, that's a huge plus.

Call ECHO but I'm pretty sure what you're looking for doesn't exist. There are very few pediatric neuropsychologists, no decent ones in Brooklyn and barely any in NYC that take insurance. Add Yiddish speaking to the mix and I think you're looking for the impossible .

Thousands of yiddish-speaking families and not one neuropsychologist? What do they use instead?
I think I know what to answer next time someone with Yiddish fluency asks what is a good job to go into....
