I had my sheitel done for succos with curls, I know it's like 1.5 months, but I've hardly worn it since sukkos and the curls are still in. I have a wedding this weekend, and I want to do a half-updo, I'd like to save money if I can, do I need to rewash it?

No
Unless you feel it is knotty and dusty.
Ask the shaitel macher. It holds better when dirtier and not freshly washed.

No but often places won't do the styling unless they freshly wash it. I had a similar thing recently
