I sauted too much griound beef for another recipe- was thinking of putting the extra in puff pastry (there will be enough) what else should go in with it??

It's delicious. There's a popular Jamaican recipe you can google. We made it once for our baby nurse.

Sauteed vegetables, like onions and grated zucchini, carrots, and garlic. Mix with ground beef, stuff into puff pastry. Serve baked with mushroom sauce spooned over.
I do something like this for Yom Tov, and it's delicious.

I always used to make it with ketchup and brown sugar in a roll. Everyone loved it.
