Cook spaghetti in a pot. Cut thin strips of chicken on bottom of a pan, then vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers whatever you like) then cooked spaghetti. Combine half cup oil, 1/4 c soy sauce some salt and garlic powder and pour over the pan. Bake cooked for about an hr, mixing every 20 min.
You can coat the chicken in flour so the pieces dont stick to each other. Its easy and delicious!

Best to use the frozen lo mein noodles
Then use equal parts soy sauce, brown sugar, and oil for sauce.
