Oat Fiber Bread here are the ingredients
1/4 cup oat fiber
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
small sprinkle of stevia extract
1/3 cup egg white
3 T. water
Does anyone here know if you can wash and make Hamotzi on oat fiber

He doesn't know what oat fiber is.
He is researching it for me.
I decided to also ask here in case someone on here knows if oat fiber would be the same as oat flour.

I have heard that if you only have one part of the grain, it's shehakol, like with bran. Not sure about just fiber.

If your Rav is unfamiliar with this, call one of the big Vaadim that are easy to reach who should be familiar -- like the cRc or Star-K.

Ok, so the rabbi said not ok for Hamotzi.
I was hoping a different answer since oat fiber is 0 calories and 0 net carbs.

Why do you need something that is specifically hamotzi? You don't have to wash.
