Job Description
TeleGo is a growing VoIP communications company providing cutting-edge PBX solutions to mid-sized businesses in the New York, Tri-State area and nationwide. We are currently seeking full-time, dedicated, accountable, responsible and detail-oriented project managers to engage with our clients while collaborating with the TeleGo team.This position offers a friendly and dynamic heimish work environment with a professional training process.
The ideal candidate posses:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Discipline and motivation
Good computer skills and internet savviness
Ability to learn quickly
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail
Teamwork
Proactivity – be on top of things
Relevant experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Engage in conversations with clients
Review client’s documents and confirm completion accuracy (including all necessary information and signatures)
Order equipment
Port phone numbers
Set up, maintain and update accounts, including: organize documents on record, complete billing details and profile, confirm caller ID setup, customer portal account setup and more
Follow up with clients and be the main contact point for all inquiries
