don't know if this is the right spot to post but I get very cold. How can I wear something that will keep me warm outside but that won't be annoying inside. Like can I wear a winter hat over a tichel or something. I usually cover with tichels or hats but I find even the warmer knitted somewhat fashionable hats don't do the trick- Should I put earmuffs over my tichel? Wondering what other women do.
Thanks

I find putting my tichel or snood directly on top of my ears to cover them when outside works well since it's fabric right on it. I can shift it back somewhat indoors.

HY- may be I should have just e-mailed you off line since you are the only one who responded lol!
seriously though I've tried that. I don't know why, recently I'm just sooo cold . I'm inside typing and I'm still cold- my feet, my hands, my ears
just bought warm boots from payless, hoping they'll work.

If you were talking long walks outside in weather like this for sure ear muffs on top, and then it won't set in. But if you're like this even if you were always in the heat, then I'm not sure. I wore my snow boots last night in my house to keep my feet warm!! You can get fingerless gloves for your fingers for indoors...my tichels may be heavier weight, though....but a wool beret thing should be warm I would have thought!
