I get 25 an hour net pay in Bp part time. However no pay legal holidays no vacation no pay sick days and no pay yomim Tovim

I emailed my resume.. and get a response "how much do you want to get paid"

I was not expecting that.

It's definitely not surprising. It's frustrating, because if you ask for too much, they may not respond at all, and too little, you'll be selling yourself short. You could reply with a range and say something like, "With all of my years of experience, I'm looking to earn $25-$30 an hour, depending on the exact job requirements and other benefits."

eta: im not surprised that they asked, but that they asked right away without asking anything else..

I have over five years bookkeeping experience and the most anyone ever agreed upon was $25. And hour. I believe extensive insurance experience will earn more though.
