I didn't realize that. Where does the rest go? Some CEO's paycheck?

These are companies hired to raise money. So the employees need to get paid for making the calls, the overhead of the business, and the boss/owner etc.
Legally, they must tell you the % that goes to the organization-if you ask. So I ask before wasting my time listening.
