If it's cold where you live and it's not blown up I would say it's fine

I think it's fine. Unless like previous poster said- that room was very warm.

yogurt is made by leaving it in warm temperature. commercial yogurt is usually fermented for 4-6 hours. greek yogurt is regular yogurt dripped (at room temperature) for another handful of hours (unless it's thickened with pectin, in which case it's fake). I routinely ferment my yogurt at 100-110 degrees for 24 hours to break down all the lactose. it can go up to 36 hours at that temp without issue. 6 hours unrefrigerated is not going to hurt it.

I eat yogurt packed as a lunch without refrigeration, so I would also eat your yogurt. If a kid's yogurt comes home from school uneaten, though, I throw it out.

I'm no expert, but that's my comfort level for unrefrigerated yogurt.

eat it ... that's how it's made by leaving it warm ... the cultures will preserve it

however, not sure warm yogurt is tasty ... put it over ice ~ לחיים Drunken Smile

I would eat, honestly. Unless I opened it and it smelled bad I really don't think something cultured like that would go bad so quickly.

It's fine (unless the lid is blown up like others are saying).

I found this online
The Federal Food Safety department advises that yogurt held in temperatures above 40 degrees Fahrenheit should be discarded after 2 hours. Other dairy products such as milk, cream, sour cream, buttermilk, evaporated milk, soy milk and eggnog are also to be thrown out when subjected to the same conditions.
