I put all ingredients into Bosch except oil, then began mixing and added oil. I never do that, bUT did now since had to get oil from basement.... dough became so oily!!!! Not really usuable!
Any suggestions?

I did that once, and panicked. I used it and it tasted fine! Just try to mix it in as best as you can.

let it rise a bit, mix it again and use it. It should be totally fine.
