I always wash underwear and kids pj's. What about new linen, towels etc.? Do you wash new ones before using?

The only new articles of clothing I DON'T wash before using are coats.
Everything else I wash first. I have very sensitive skin and the oils/starches in new garments irritate my skin. I wash first in gentle, no dye detergent, no fabric softener or dryer sheets EVER in my house.

I dont wash anything before it is used or worn. Never have.
