How do you do a baby bedtime routine if you have older kids that also go to sleep at similar times? Currently baby sits on my lap while older kids get books read, say shema, etc but that may be overstimulating for the baby. (and since putting him to sleep takes time, he has to wait while I tuck in some other kids before I start with him)

It's hard. I put my baby to sleep way earlier than bigger kids, I pushed off everyone's bed time to a half hour later. I have a deal with my kids that if homework is done by the time baby needs to go to sleep they can play with electronic toys that we normally restrict time (Nintendo, leap pad) then once baby is asleep they shower and have bed time.
