How would you spell it?

Rena.
Reena looks likes someone is trying too hard.
Rina if mispronounced would be Rye-na.
Rena if mispronounces would be Wren-na.
I prefer Wren-na to Rye-na.

Is there a middle name? I would do rena or rina, if there is a middle
Name with I, choose rina, if a middle name with e, choose rena

I hear. But using that logic, you would then have to spell Shira, Adina, Aliza, Bina, Tehilla, Riva the same way- one "e" and that isn't done...

Middle name completely unrelated (think Malka, Rachel type).

There's something a little more elegant looking about Rina.
N'est-ce pas?

I have seen "Rena" a couple of times and wondered it it were a variant of "Rina" or "Reena."

And it rhymes with Tina, so less apt to mispronounce....

My name is Adina which I actually love more than Adena. And I like Dina as opposed for Dena.
But I like Rena way more than Rina. Not sure why. I don't like the spelling Reena.

I have a Rivky and later had an Eli, which makes me feel funny about inconsistencies within a family. But he couldn't be Ely, and I didn't think about Rivki when she was born

I don't see this as inconsistent. Eli is probably short for something. (Eliyahu? Eliezer? ....) so you are just cutting off the end of them name and ending with the I. With Rivky, you are replacing the 'a' with a 'y' to turn it into a nickname.

As far as the op, my personal preference is Rina. My Hebrew name is Liba. I really go by my English name, but when I write my Hebrew name in English I spell it Liba, which I much prefer over Leeba or Leba (both of which I have seen people use). So, consistent with that, I prefer, Dina, Rina, etc. With an 'I' not 'e' or 'ee.'

I literally know at least one person with the following names
Reena
Beena
Reeva
Sheera
Sheerah
Adeena
Adena
Adeenah

I personally would spell it Reena.

And I know an Aleeza, Beena, Leeba, Dena, Deena, Rena (x2)...
Estee, Esti, Estie, and Esty
Lieba and Liba
Devora, Dvora, and Devorah
Sarah, Sara, Sora, Sorah, Surah (all pronounced Suh-ruh)

Basically...it's personal preference, there's no right or wrong, do what you want.

People can mispronounce anything if they want to.
Rina can be Rye-na
Rena can be Renn-a (like Jenna)
Reena can be Reh-ee-na or Renee (seriously, if someone looks at super quickly)

Who cares? Correct them and move on.

Personally, I like Rina and DO NOT like names with "ee" (looks baby-ish to me, and IY"H your baby will be an adult for much longer than she will be a child).

But that's just me...

Yep, my thoughts exactly. renn-a (like jenna) is YUCK, and that is exactly how it looks like you should say it. (Reena makes me want to say "how are you feeeeeling reeeena?" Rina is the most likely to be pronounced right.

It's not just you. When my daughter was born I originally spelled her name Reena. But it also looked juvenile to me, so now I spell it Rina.

Also, I googled the names and when I googled Reena, the only names that came up were Indian ones.

Have you thought of Rinah?
On second thought I don't like how it looks now that I typed it. But the spelling of Rina is reminiscent of the spelling of ring. It just seems more musical to me.

OT- In high school we had two girls, Dina and Dena. They teased each other, Deh-na or Die-na.
