my husbands birthday is this Shabbos,
I bought hi; a little gift. but would like to make something nice during the sueda,
or after seuda
can someone help me with some ideas?

I made him his favorite cake but cookie sheet size so it was big. Then I melted baking chocolate and poured it onto parchment paper in the shape of a number 37 and let it get hard, put it in the freezer to speed up the process and once hardened lay on top of the frosting. It was a surprise and I brought to the table for dessert while we sang Happy Bday

maybe invite guests to a dessert buffet
alternatively have an intimate pajama party with games & some beer/chips/dips or white bubbly moscato with chocolate dipped strawberries or if somehow you can leave melted chocolate on blech or crockpot or something ... you can have all sorts of things like pieces of cake to dip too
