Mebendazole vs. vermox

the pharmacy sent me mebendezole when I requested vermox. pin-x did not work for my kids. is mebendezole as effective as vermox?

Vermox is not available in the US, as far as I'm aware. Pinworms are routinely treated with mebendazole (Albenza).

Yep, as a previous poster wrote, Mebendazole is the generic version of Vermox.
