I don't remember how much at that age. But, I do remember that pumping beyond 10 minutes never gave me significantly more than pumping for 10 minutes. And, to make sure there was enough, I had to pump every 2 hours at work, even though my baby only nursed / got a bottle every 3 hours.
Coordinate with the babysitter though, because your baby will eat until he's done, and if your baby sitter records how much he eats at every meal, you will soon learn what his average is, and also be able to notice when he starts needing more.
