I made potato bourekas Tuesday afternoon and put them in the fridge are they still good today?

Yup.
Depending on how you reheat them, they may get a bit soggy (microwave) or dried out/over-toasted (oven for too long/toaster). They probably won't be as good as fresh, but definitely not spoiled.
(In my experience, fresh food can last approximately a week in the fridge.)
