where are you located. what size is your house/apt. how long are you living there.
I am in a 1000 sqft 2 bedroom apt in midwood. I pay 1675 a month and im here three years.

I'm in a tiny basement studio apartment (basement is divided into two apartments, I have the smaller one) - pay $900/month but just got raised to $1100.
I moved here 4 years ago, so I know I am below market value, but the raise is significant and came with no warning. So now I'm pretty screwed.

Im in midwood too, living in my current apt for abt 1 1/2 years. Its a second floor of a regular house, 3 bedrooms, nice amount of living space (sperate living room and dining room, 2 of the brs r pretty large) plus a nice size porch. We pay 2400 plus gas and electric.

mill basin. just got the mortgage a few months ago. $2800/month for a 3 bedroom frame house with a full finished basement with separate bedroom, backyard, etc. I put down 3.5% on the house.
