1. Where can I get a medallion?
2. Do I must have medallion if I have spot lights already and I am having a crystal chandelier?

If you have a medium to low ceiling a medallion may be overwhelming.
How is the chandelier attached to the ceiling? If the chain hooks then loops over or it has a nice piece at the top, it looks very nice.
I actually prefer it without a medallion.

The right medallion can.make low ceiling look higher. It can give the illusion of a dome.
I think a chandelier looks unfinished without a medallion.

A medallion is beautiful. You can get in homedepot. Not too expensive. I also think it looked unfinished without it. It has to be high enough the ceiling.

Have one, or not. It's up to you. It may help to look at lots of pictures in magazines of rooms similar to yours.

I have a medallion and I also have spots. It gives it a finished look. You can get in HomeDepot or Lowes.
You can bring home and see how it looks. Return it if you don't like it.
