So I have the following in the freezer. I dunno how to prepare them. To yes or not defrost first:
Raw cornflakes coated bottoms
Breaded dark chicken cutlets
Cooked cabbage-n-noodles

Raw coated chick - thaw in refrigerator so it doesn't get too soggy. Spray before baking to help it crisp up.
If dark breaded cutlets are raw, same as above.
Cooked cabbage and noodles - defrost fully. Make sure it's hot all the way through before serving.

Personally I would (and I do) cook all those from frozen or semi-defrosted. I find once they defrost properly they get soggy and ruin it.
For the breaded cutlets I would fry or bake (on high number) from frozen just add to the cooking time a little. Cutlets cook pretty quickly so it doesn't burn before it is cooked.
And for the cabbage and noodles I would run the container under cold water for a while to defrost it just enough to remove then put in a pan, cover, turn flame to low and let it defrost whilst cooking. Keep stirring to break up the frozen pieces until it is cooked.
