My baby EBFs at 3 months and wakes up only once or twice a night. Last night she went to sleep at around 12am, woke up for a feed at 4, and then slept till around 8:30. The catch is that she's usually up and fussy most of the evening. The stretch is a result of me cluster feeding and Her exhaustion from crying:(.

To be honest, there have been times I have preferred my babies to take their longest stretches in the evenings when I had so much to do and then I'd rather wake up and nurse more often then...babies aren't easy at all. But at least they're only competing for one thing (sleep) when they need me at night. Wink

I don't nurse, but why not?
I know women feeding babies older than that every three hours.
Is your baby eating solids? She might need that food. It's like telling you to skip a meal.

I am one of them. I nurse my 17 month old every 2-3 hours during the night. Not because I think he needs it, but because I'm to lazy to train him and I can't bear to him cry.

Joke is on me. I think I just started staining for the first time. I guess nursing every hour had its upsides Sad
