Or ideas for beshalach desserts?

That's gorgeous! How do you serve it? (Like what if everyone wants the blueberries?)

strawberry shortcake
blueberry muffins
warm fruit crumble with ice cream
fruit pie (apple, cherry, peach, blueberry, plum, etc.)

and then there's nuts too...
brownies with walnuts
pecan pie
almond brittle

I've seen the fruit flan in a regular pie crust, not a long one, and each fruit is a ring so every piece gets all the fruits.

I like date rolls with chopped nuts for Tu B'shvat.
Also vegan date 'brownies' (which are amazing for Pesach too).

Oy I actually followed a recipe once but have probably misplaced it... I rarely follow recipes second time around, tho u can find several variations online... basically u spread some melted dark chocolate on a lined baking sheet n add ur chopped dried fruit n nuts (raisins can be whole) sprinkle with course sea salt n let harden, yum

I once made a chocolate mousse from avocado. It was sweetened with mejool dates. Crust was made of nuts. It was delish.
