I just remember their tune from the Bais Yaakov convention in the early aughts:

I'm not even from Baltimore, nor did I attend the convention. But the Los Angeles delegates apparently found it so catchy they came back singing it and it spread throughout the school

 I forgot about that one.
Depends how far back you are looking to go. OR what type of theme song.
Before my days they used to sing a song that Rabbi Diskind introduced. But that goes way back, I remember they used to sing it in concerts when I was in elementary shcool but by the time I was in high school - almost 20 years ago - they had already stopped.
