I had the most delicious salad at a kiddush and I'm desperate to get the recipe. It was a catered kiddush, so I cant ask for it. It was so so good, and I am going crazy (also pregnant) I want to be able to make it....

So heres what I know about it:
*It was not a lettuce salad. No lettuce.
*It had a lot of chopped scallions, sunflower seeds and ramen noodles.
*It also had something else in it-but whatever it was was chopped up very very small-possibly white cabbage, or cellery?
*The dressing was not a mayo based dressing, and it also was not sweet. It tasted kinda savory...maybe had soy sauce in it? Cant say for sure. But it wasnt a sugary dressing.

Please ladies, if anyone knows what salad this is, please speak up. I want it soooooooo badly LOL

Thanks!

There were no noodles in it other than the little crunchy ramen noodles. I dont think there was sesame either.
The whole salad was a bunch of tiny things together

Sounds more like Raeman noodle salad
Has shredded cabbage, raemen noodles, sunflower seeds and scallions
The recipe is a soy sauce and sugar mix with oil or water sorry don't have the exact recipe but sounds like that's what it was.

Why can't you ask the name of it?

BTW, I have gotten recipes from caterers.
