If we're talking cafe's, then my favorite is Cafe Landwer at Cinema City.
Very nice ambience with a mixed clientele (not touristy like Mamilla), very good food including vegan options and a lovely view of the city.
I believe it's Mehadrin.

I wouldn't call rimon classy although it's a nice cafe
In Mamila, Luciano is upscale and classy and a bit $$
Picolino in kikar musica, on yafo near Ben Yehuda
Re eluna - they don't list all mehadrin places + not all places they list are mehadrin. It's just a site for paid advertising

Cafe Cafe in Center One is quite nice. (Go inside.) Not especially fancy, but it's a nice experience with good food.

The Ramada Hotel has a milchig place is nice. Although I don't eat rabbanut plain, I do eat there, as the Mashgiach is known to be very good in the Milchig only.
Please do your own research about the hechsher, but it is a nice place to eat.
